Macalester #1 Ranking Story (In Progress)

My second story for outLoud is about Macalester College, where I currently attend. It was ranked as the #1 gay friendly college in 2007, when I was applying. This is a short excerpt from an interview with one of the members of Macalester's queer union that shows how the ranking covers up divisions within the queer community.

The interview is with Will Gordon, a Macalester junior who's one of the presidents of Queer Union. He told me about his reception the first time he ever went to Queer Union.
